Join us for a truly historic evening as we celebrate the launch of the Building Industry Association of Northeast Ohio (BIA-NEO)—the newly unified organization formed through the merger of the HBA of Greater Cleveland and the HBA of Summit & Portage Counties.

Officially operational on January 1, 2026, BIA-NEO will host its first signature event, The 2026 Installation Banquet.

This inaugural celebration will mark the beginning of a new era for our regional homebuilding community.

The evening will feature the formal swearing-in of the newly appointed BIA-NEO Board of Directors and the installation of our 2026 President, Dan Smoulder, as he steps into his leadership role to guide the association into its next chapter.

Guests will enjoy an elegant night of recognition, connection, and celebration with fellow members, industry partners, and leaders from across Northeast Ohio.

This milestone event honors our past, embraces our future, and sets the tone for a year of growth, unity, and opportunity.
